Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Steward — including Pulse, Atlas, and Aegis — provided by Eventai Ltd (trading as Roiyage) (“Roiyage”, “we”, “us”, “our”). Eventai Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15038695). By accessing our website, booking a demonstration, or using any part of the Steward platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. The service

Steward is a property management platform for independent UK lettings agencies. It comprises three products:

• ·Pulse — lead capture, qualification, and viewing scheduling via WhatsApp and voice
• ·Atlas — maintenance management, contractor dispatch, and Awaab's Law compliance tracking
• ·Aegis — compliance operating system covering 19 UK regulatory regimes

Products may be purchased individually or together. Availability of specific products is subject to the subscription you have agreed with Roiyage.

2. Eligibility

Steward is intended for use by UK-registered businesses operating as lettings agencies. By agreeing to these Terms you confirm that you are authorised to enter into a contract on behalf of the business, that the business is UK-registered, and that you are at least 18 years of age.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use Steward only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• ·Use the platform to process personal data in violation of UK GDPR or the Data Protection Act 2018
• ·Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its underlying systems
• ·Use the platform to send unsolicited communications (spam) or to harass any person
• ·Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform
• ·Resell, sublicence, or otherwise transfer your access to any third party
• ·Use the platform for any purpose other than managing lettings agency operations
• ·Provide false or misleading information during onboarding or at any time thereafter

Roiyage reserves the right to suspend or terminate access immediately if we reasonably believe these restrictions have been breached.

5. Data processing

When you use Steward, you (the lettings agency) are the data controller for the personal data of your applicants, tenants, and landlords. Eventai Ltd (trading as Roiyage) acts as your data processor.

A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is provided to and must be signed by every agency at onboarding. The DPA governs how Roiyage processes personal data on your behalf and documents the technical and organisational security measures in place.

You warrant that you have a lawful basis for providing personal data to Roiyage for processing, and that all data subjects have been informed of its use through your own privacy notice and tenancy documentation.

6. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in the Steward platform — including software, workflows, design, and documentation — are owned by Eventai Ltd (trading as Roiyage). These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for your internal business purposes during your subscription period.

Your data remains yours. You retain all ownership of data you input into the platform, including property records, tenant information, and agency configuration. Roiyage will not use your data for any purpose other than delivering the service.

7. Availability and support

We aim to keep Steward available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for disruptions caused by third-party infrastructure (including Vercel, Airtable, Meta, Twilio, or Anthropic).

Support is available via email at hello@roiyage.co.uk. We aim to respond to all support requests within one business day.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by English law, Roiyage's total liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Roiyage in the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Roiyage is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive loss, including loss of profits, loss of business, or regulatory fines imposed on you by any authority.

Nothing in these Terms limits Roiyage's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Compliance tools — important notice

Steward's compliance features — including Awaab's Law clock tracking, HHSRS classification, and Aegis regulatory monitoring — are provided as operational management aids. They are not legal advice and do not constitute a guarantee of regulatory compliance.

You remain responsible for ensuring your agency meets all applicable legal obligations. For legal advice specific to your situation, consult a qualified solicitor.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will give you at least 30 days' notice of material changes by email. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the current version.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Before commencing any legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes in good faith through direct negotiation for a period of 30 days.
