A message from the director

Independent agencies deserve better than they have been given.

I have spent over 20 years in technology — building customer experience systems for organisations that had the budget, the teams, and the time to invest properly in how they treat their clients. The results were always clear: businesses that responded faster, communicated better, and understood their customers more deeply outperformed those that did not. Every time.

What frustrated me was watching independent businesses — the ones with real local knowledge, real client relationships, and genuine care for the people they serve — lose ground to larger operators simply because they did not have the same systems. It was not a talent gap. It was a tools gap.

Roiyage was built to close that gap. We started with independent letting agencies in East London because we know this market — we are based here, we work here, and we understand the specific pressures of running an agency in Redbridge, Ilford, Romford, and the surrounding boroughs.

Our team brings over 20 years of experience in customer experience technology, workflow systems, and digital product development. We have worked with businesses ranging from early-stage companies to established enterprises — building the kind of operational infrastructure that independent businesses rarely have access to.

We came to property because we saw an obvious gap: the tools available to independent letting agencies were either too basic to handle real complexity, or too expensive and complicated to implement without dedicated IT resource. Neither option served the market well.

Steward is what 20 years of thinking about customer experience systems looks like when it is applied to a specific, well-understood problem in a market we know personally.

Where we are going

Starting in property. Built to expand.

Steward is our first vertical — built specifically for UK independent letting agencies. But the problems we are solving here exist in every service industry: after-hours responsiveness, lead qualification, client communication, pipeline visibility. The same gaps show up everywhere.

Construction and property development is our next area of focus. Project managers face identical challenges — contractors who go quiet, clients who need updates, compliance deadlines that no one is tracking. The platform underneath Steward is built to address these without starting from scratch.
